Why did the Conservatives lie about an aide being punched at the hospital where a 4 year old was left lying on the floor?

It was attempted deflection from 'Lying Boris' having shown no interest in the picture of the boy lying on the hospital floor and taking the ITV reporter's phone away. It wasn't a claim made by Laura Kuensberg (who wasn't at the hospital to witness anything) but an allegation she reported. And now somebody associated with the Conservatives has disgracefully claimed the boy on the floor was staged despite the hospital having published a statement apologising for what had happened. The Conservative Party is riddled with liars from the top down. 'Lying Boris' has even hired Dominic Cummings to generate lies after his success in the referendum campaign.

The Tory record regards essential public services is criminal.  The austerity measures targeted the poor, disabled, sick, and most vulnerable.  This was no accident and the situation in Leeds is not an isolated incident.

That sounds like misinformation. The country pays NHS managers a fortune to manage hospitals efficiently and the stunt at Leeds shows a system in need of proper reform, not just a matter of chucking money at it.

More fake news. There is a lot of it about.

There are reports emerging that the photo was staged.

People will believe what they want about this.

Just like Corbyn sitting on the floor of a train claiming there were no seats.
