I’m spending Christmas alone. Should I still have Turkey?

You can have whatever you want for dinner. You can buy something like turkey lunch meat (for a sandwich). We (my husband and I) have turkey thighs - just the thighs. They can be prepared in advance and you can eat them over the holidays. Stores/restaurants like Boston Market or Bob Evans can have individual dinners prepared for take out. Now would be a good time to check those options out.

If you want to, yes, there are small joints on the market these days.
You could use it up on boxing day.

But the ones that prepackaged with all the other stuff , and you still have to cook it. It should be in the meat department of most stores like Costco, Lucky, Safeway, Trader Joe, Whole Foods and Sam's Club.

Sure - get yourself a turkey steak or something - if you don't like turkey, have whatever you want

If you want turkey, have turkey.
If you prefer sausages or a pie, have that.
It's entirely your choice.
