Do fast food managers really get bonuses at the end of every month if their "points" are "kept up"?

And if so, what kind of bonuses are we talking about here?

Depends on the terms of their contracted employment, but bonuses for meeting goals is common enough, yes.

The head manager of the restaurant does but I don't think that the shift managers do.

Most managers in any business get monthly bonuses - based on results - surpassing (or just reaching) quota's that the owners set up as a goal.

Most fast food restaurants operate that way. It can be a few hundred to a few thousand. They ride your *** and get the bonus.
