    it helps an upset stomach so, yes, it's good for you.

    I don’t know I wouldn’t think so but I read online one time that it can be good for you if you have a stomach ache because the ginger helps.  I think that website was wrong lol

    Natural ginger is good for you.  Ginger ale in sodas is not.  When you consume tons of sugary soda all you are getting is empty calories, too much sugar and nothing more.  It can make you obese and actually contribute to tooth decay and diabetes.  If you really crave ginger you can buy dried or candied ginger from any health food store (like whole foods) and chew on that.
