Why do you think "Safe zone" areas are being targeted more by shooters?

First 1 (if any) to match my answer will win the 10 points, as i know that's what everybody really wants anyway..lol

Update:

and if not then why are some users often saying, these areas are far less safe than ordinary gun approved zones?

Update 2:

pedantic to the last  sigh ......safe space then.....same thing..

All cowards will seek the least line of resistance into where to inflict terror.

Like the Bully coward who attacks his

smaller less capable contest to beat

up on. Until the one time he steps

in front of short statured fire Plug.

Whose stomps the living mean right

out of that piece of crap. Leaves him

in a pile of broken bones and a lot of

    blood.

Because no one is armed to shoot back.

They seem to be targeted much more often than say, biker / cop bars, shooting ranges, hunting clubs, or police stations.

Military bases are highly restrictive with firearms possession.

A military base is a "Safe Zone?" It's guaranteed to be inescapeable and have armed guards.
