U.S. Constitution doesnt apply to states. It is the designation of powers specifically designated to the central government.

Each state has its own constitution. To find out if your state is in violation you have to learn your states constitution.

California does not care about the laws or the Constitution. The same goes for New York. They passed unconstitutional gun laws in NY, anonymous. Oh, and that is not all! It is now considered hate speech to use the term illegal alien in NY. Which is weird since that is the legal definition for them, but also goes against the first amendment. This is why I moved to Florida. I hate Democratic-run states.

Who said their laws are unconstitutional?  It wasn't the Supreme Court.
