Tricking a Program into thinking my pdf printer is real?

    Lots more detail required... on a Windows machine, if you have the PDF writer set up properly as a printer, it shouldn't be an issue. You tell the program to print, point it at the PDF writer, and there you go.

    I do this pretty much daily, instead of the old way of having to print a page or two and then scan them into the program. This software was custom made about 17 years ago and hasn't been updated since (OK, maybe in 2010 or so, but the company is out of business now), and it has no issues with PDF files.
