I don’t add salt to my food but I add seasonings with salt in it like Tony’s, Weber seasoning, miss dash, grill mates etc. is this ok?

Sometimes I find my food is still bland. I don’t get that restaurant taste. Any advice??

Figuring out how much salt is enough it a difficult thing to learn. Add your seasoning that have salt and if the food still tastes bland add a pinch of salt stir and let it cook a few minutes and taste again - repeat. Sometime I find some acid will really perk up a dish, a squeeze of citrus, splash of pickle juice etc.

I use redmond's salt and usually use fresh herbs not pre made seasoning.

Restaurant food tastes the way it does because they use waaaaay ore fat than you'd ever think of using at home.
