Binary options are not investing.  It is online betting at stupid odds (bet 100 to win 80) worse than any casino game.  You will lose if you play, and so will all those other suckers you are thinking about following.

The only tip you need is run away from this SCAM.

Regulators in the UK banned binary options.  That should give you a clue.

Don't even consider binary options that are not traded on an exchange.

Options that you can only buy are only offered outside the United States, usually in countries that have lax financial regulations. They are frequently fraudulent.

Even if they are not fraudulent, they are legalized betting with a huge vigorish.

Binary options offered on American exchanges are legitimate, but still not a good idea for most investors. Because options usually have a significant difference between the bid and ask quotes, it is almost always wise to use a limit order when trading them.
