Only those who were adjudicated as not legitimate asylum seekers. But Iceland only ever hosted a mere handful so this doesn't represent some huge population.

Iceland takes in few refugees, if any. As for illegal aliens, it is difficult & expensive to get into Iceland so that reduces incidence of visa fraud, intent to remain. But Iceland will strictly eliminate any visa/immigration law violator - at their expense. Hard to hide in a tiny, somewhat remote country. And few people willing to be illegal aliens will spend the money attempting to get into a remote country with few opportunities to live off others, few jobs, high costs, and an inhospitable climate. It's not a terribly appealing place to the majority of illegal aliens, economic migrants. Iceland tries to keep it that way.
