Why don't feminists realize MGM is worse than FGM?

Both of those terms are umbrella terms to categorize different forms of genital mutilation. If you compare all forms of MGM to all forms of FGM then they're about equal since by the end of it all the victim is left without any reproductive organs.
Just want to point out that If you search MGM you get nothing about male genital mutilation, but if you search for FGM the first result is about female genital mutilation.

Because it's not worse.

Radical Feminists hate the truth, MOST instances of female circumcision are extremely benign, but the radical feminists only focus on the most extreme forms they can find and then claim all counts of female circumcision (even the ones where they just do a prick on the clitoral hood) are the most extreme versions.

Probably because there are so many in the world who view the removal of the foreskin as something akin to the removal of the entire sex organ as is done in FMG. If MGM, cutting off the penis and scrotum, happened commonly enough to be publicized it would get the same attention as does FGM. The removal of the foreskin or its female corollary the clit hood are simply nowhere near as serious as cutting everything out and off. Comparing circumcision to tearing off the entire external sexual organs is just medically erroneous. If you want to compare FGM to something that's done to men the word you're looking for is "castration".

Because it isn't. There is actually no such thing as MGM (it's a film company) - you mean circumcision, which Is done on religious or health grounds.

because males who had it done as adults say it isn't
I haven't heard women who were mutilated as adults though

They understand they just don't care.
It doesn't matter whether it's the foreskin removed, or the clitoris, or the labia. Any permanent mutilation of that part of the body instinctively traumatizes men much more because sex is far more psychologically important to men than it is to women. Women don't care about the loss of sexual function since sex is not important to them. They only care about not getting raped.
FGM is as traumatizing to women as breaking a toenail. In fact look the issue up and you'll find the only possible complaints women have about it is that it's done without anesthetics and might cause infection.

Im not sure it is worse but it is most certainly just as bad MGM should be illegal and done only in medical cases when absolutely necessary
