Would Building Blocks impact my document?

Hi! I'm not sure if you would be able to help me out but I just have a question.

So I'm in university and submitted an essay last night to Blackboard (school grade website).

The essay was a doc.x word document on Microsoft Word

Anyway, after I submitted it I went to go exit the document just on my computer and a pop-up came up about something called 'Building Blocks' for Microsoft Word. I'm not sure what it was but I quickly hit yes to close it.

Now I'm for some reason worried about my assignment not actually being saved beforehand, before I submitted it. I'm not sure if that makes sense.

Building Block galleries are available throughout Word, and they include preformatted Headers, Footers, Page Numbers, Text Boxes, Cover Pages, Watermarks, Quick Tables, Tables of Contents, Bibliographies, and Equations.  When you create something using Building blocks, you must save it to the document.  I would resubmit it just to make sure the teacher gets a completed copy.
