Not sure what to do ?

I am a mental health nurse and case manager. I've just found out that one of my colleague's daughter-in-law is on my caseload. I knew her DIL was under services but I didn't put two and two together until I was round at my colleague's house and she was there too. We aren't supposed to spend time with clients outside of work hours. My colleague has never asked me anything about her DIL and probably never will but they do live together! Does this mean I can't keep going round to my colleagues house?

If you were a mental health nurse and case manager, you would realize the best thing to do is transfer her care to another nurse or case manager.

Speak with your supervisor. You could open a bad can of worms here.
