What Is the Right Thing to Do in This Situation?

I am a popular YouTube vlogger.

I was vlogging at a bar alone. Out of nowhere, a random very attractive and tall man came up to me and kissed me.

Everyone was laughing and it was hilarious. However, after I recorded, the man got angry and begged me to delete the clip of him randomly kissing me.

He would not let me leave the bar until he saw it was deleted and said he had a wife and kids (but he had no ring?)

I went into the bathroom and sent the clip to myself, then told him I deleted it. Can I still use it in my vlog? It's good content.

Use that vid on a public site and get yourself a lawyer because this guy can and will sue you.

How can he sue her if he doesn't know her name or ever find the video? Even if he does, what is a harmless five second clip of him kissing a girl gonna do? He saw her vlogging, serves him right for doing that

Ultimately, you need to be comfortable with your decision because if this video is online, that bell cannot be unrung.  Only you can know your intention behind why you Vlog and therefore, you dictate its content.  Whether you are willing to acknowledge your part in the consequences - if any - comes down to those intentions.  If the situation was reversed, how would you feel?

Sure, if you have no morals or sense of ethics.

But doesn't he deserve it for kissing her without her consent?
