Is it possible to go from 1120 on the SAT to 1390 in 5 months? ?

Also, roughly, how many points is 1 question worth on the SAT?

Possible, but difficult. The easiest part of the SAT to review for is the math section. You can use an SAT prep book and review math through geometry and algebra 2, and take practice tests. The language part is much harder to increase your score on. Your reading and comprehension depend on the amount of reading you've been doing all your life. You can't improve it quickly, but over 5 months you could try to do a lot more reading of complex material.

Questions are worth different amount of points. It's complicated statistically, but the question have been tested on previous test takers, and the ones that were more difficult for people to answer are given more points if you get them right.

Sure you can, just retake the SAT. 1120 is a below average score.
