Could it damage my laptop if I use a charger with 20V instead of 19V?

no most devices tolerate a voltage range maybe about 5% difference might be ok, however your pc requires WATTS. Provided the PSU can supply that many watts(or More) then its ok. The problem arises if the psu wattage is LESS than that required then this would become a serious issue both for the PSU and for the pc.
