How do you get your essential amino acid when you are reluctant to eat some meat?

    You eat one of the many hundreds of dishes that contain all the essential amino acids that aren't meat. Things that contain black beans, soy beans, garbanzo beans, cashews, buckwheat and lots of others

    You get a meat enema. You’re not eating any meat but you’re getting the amino acids that you need. 

    Quinoa, soy, edamame, garbanzo beans contain all the essential amino acids that your body needs.
