    volume flow rate Q = Δp*πr⁴ / 8ηL

    I'll use η = 8.90e-4 Pa·s

    0.20L/s * 1m³/1000L = Δp*π(0.0125m)⁴ / (8*8.90e-4Pa·s*11m)

    Δp = 204 Pa
