Bloomberg calls Booker "well-spoken" --- that comment was perceived as racially insensitive? why is that? what's wrong with that phrase?

    I am going to assume you are asking a real question and answer it seriously.

    If Bloomberg described Booker as being "well spoken" it implied that because Booker is Black it is unusual for him to be well spoken since a significant percentage of Blacks in the USA are not "well spoken".  It also implied Booker is not really Black due to being well spoken. 

    Note the Left is easily triggered by reality.
