Did I do the right thing today?

I worked 3 days in a row and its a new job

I was very tired

So I took the day off work

The boss kept bugging me and bugging me and bugging me

To come in and work

And I kept telling her I couldn't

Now I feel like I wasn't a very good worker

I should have said yes

If you can't handle AT LEAST 5 consecutive work days, you are in for HATING life.

No. You must work a full schedule at least; the first 90 days before taking casual days off.

All over the world, you work 5, 5 and a half to 6 days a week. (with three weeks holiday at the end of the year) No taking time off. I would have fired you!

    Peace.

Wow! 3 days in a row. If I was that boss I'd make sure you could take the foreseeable future off to rest up.

You must not have to supporr yourself.

3 days in a row? If you were you working 15 hour days, no, you are not a bad employee. If you work part time or <40 hrs a week, yes, you are a bad employee. I suspect they are short staffed or you would be, and still could be fired..

Most people work 5,6 or 7 days in a row! you would have been given your hours of work when you started, you should have been given a work contract too.
