Can I be accepted to one campus after being denied by another campus of the same school?

    Yes.  It's actually quite common that separate campuses have their own admissions offices and own admissions standards.

    Yes, absolutely, if each campus has their own admissions standards.  At most state universities with more than one campus, getting into a secondary or satellite campus that either is less popular or less academically rigorous is very common.

    It depends if each campus has their own admissions office.  For instance, the State University of New York has dozens of campuses, each with their own admissions office and criteria for acceptance.

    for some universities, yes. example: UC Berkeley is far more selective than UC Davis

    Yes, it's entirely possible to get accepted to one campus after being denied by another campus of the same school but I don't think it's very common.
