Yoga : a way to relax

Meditation : a way to relax

Astrology : old mumbo jumbo to scam gullible people

Healing crystals : modern mumbo jumbo to scam gullible people

    Chakras : Religious mumbo jumbo

Spirit guides : Scammers scamming gullible people with mumbo jumbo

Energy : literally a measure of change

Vibration : inertia prevents constrained movement from stopping instantly and causes a back and forth motion until equilibrium.

Love : Psychological and physiological mechanisms causes people as well as a some animals to attach more importance to some people/animals than others.

Dancing : people move to the sound of music.

Yoga actually has some practical value. The rest is all crap. None of them has any use in the real world.

People engage is many different things to find balance or peace in their lives. For some, its about finding a connection to a "higher power" - the fact there is no proof a higher power exists simply makes that pursuit fruitless.

I like dancing because it makes me feel good, as does love.

I have a number of friends that do yoga and/or meditation.

I don't “explain” them. Most of the people I mix with know what those things are and understand them as well as I do. If they didn't and wanted my help I'd tell them to use a dictionary.

I don't have to explain any of those things.

Some I accept may be real, others I'm sure are nonsense.  But it really doesn't affect me and I try to keep an open mind.

If people want to believe they're important or whatever, fine.

None of them have anything to do with the existence of God.
