Have you ever had to make cutbacks to save money ?

    Yeh, i used to buy newspapers everyday,  Numerous Magazines for gaming, motorcycles, HI/FI music ect,  it worked out at over 80 quid a month that may not seem much but on a pension it's a lot, besides i can now get all that on the net for free, ok i needed broadband but that's still less than half the price i was paying for all them newspapers and magazines.

    Of course, We do it all the time. As soon as one major expense is resolved, another one is right behind it.

    No.... without any conscious cutbacks I have been able to save enough, mainly because I am no spendthrift.

    yes, I often downgrade on the places I shop or stop clothes shopping if I need to save
