My best friend got a phone for her 14th birthday. I feel happy for her and all, but I can t keep the tears back. I m 13, and my dad promised I d get a phone when I turned 13, but when I asked my dad, he moved it up to 15 because "Oh, the media says it s better.", and when I question this, he said, "You ve broken many promises before. No buts, you re waiting until you re 15." How do I contain the jealousy and survive unpopularity and technological neglect?

Phone (but not a computer for news and studies) takes out our time for thinking and learning. Scientists discovered in 2014, that two ours daily with phone are lowering IQ and growing body weight))

If he told you to wait then that’s what you need to do
