What happens if you have sex the day before your period, and your body decides to conceive it. Do you still get your period?

Or do you still get period like symptoms without the uterine lining shedding?

The other answers nailed it. That wouldn’t happen. The best time to have sex is actually close to your period, due to how safe it is when it comes to chances of pregnancy.

Unless you ovulate more than once per month (which is extremely rare for a woman to do), the chances of you conceiving the day before your expected period are slim to none.

You would not get pregnant.  If you have a full on period, that means the entire uterine lining sheds and with it all the sperm would leave your body.  Therefore, no conception would be happening.  BTW, your body cannot just DECIDE to conceive without the presence of an egg, which would only be released between day 11-15 in your cycle.   So its impossible.
