WTF is up with Lindsey Graham saying he won't subpoena the Bidens?
Wouldn't it make sense to see the evidence before making that call. Why are Republicans so feckless?

Quite the opposite:

I haven't heard that but the Biden's testimony would be completely irrelevant. They didn't have any knowledge of this extortion plot until it broke in the media. And their testimony isn't necessary to establish why Trump would want to hurt them since that's obvious. Calling them as witnesses would be illegitimate since it would be purely political: you go after our guy so we'll go after yours. -

Wasn't aware, but it sounds like the old Lindsey Graham is peeking out from under the covers and thinking of coming back out. Also, Lindsey Graham knows VP Biden is a man of honor who is beyond reproach and for whom a subpoena is a complete waste of time and money.
Maybe the Old Lindsey is tired of how he has been cowering to a criminal the past couple years and is tired of disgracing himself and the memory of his Best friend, Senator McCain. Then again, he'll probably go back to his sucking up to Trump.

He knows there’s nothing there but desperation from Trump. But he’s Lindsey Graham, he’ll say something different tomorrow.

He knows it's irrelevant and will make him look like a partisan Trump fool!

The evidence is Ukraine was requested to manufacture dirt on Biden. How do you subpoena manufactured dirt?

This will not be a trial of the Bidens. It is NOT about whether or not the Bidens did anything wrong, and there is, in any case, no evidence that they did so.
This is a trial of the President. It's about whether HE solicited the interference of a foreign power in the electoral process for personal gain. It probably will also concern whether he engaged in obstruction of Congress and obstruction of justice. We'll have to wait for the articles of impeachment to be sure of the charges.
In the event evidence is someday uncovered that the Bidens did anything wrong -- and I reiterate, there is no evidence now that they did, so no evidence that could be presented in Trump's trial even if the Senate irrelevantly wanted to call them -- they will be tried separately and not by the Senate, since neither one of them is president.
But there is no point in calling them in Trump's trial, since they were not witnesses to Trump's actions.

No real need to.
