Can you join the Army national guard form an army recruiter or do have to go to a different recruiting base? ?

Does the same go for the Air Force?

As usual, Daniel is giving you the right answer. There are seperate recruiters for the active Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserves. The same for active US Air Force, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserves.

The ARMY recruiter is the ARMY recruiter. The National Guard doesn't have separate recruiters.

If you want to join the Army NG, you see an ARNG recruiter.  If you want to join the ANG, you see an ANG recruiter.  Each state's ARNG and ANG recruiters only handle their own state.

Each service has its own separate active duty recruiters and Reserve recruiters.
