How many gadgets in my car?

I installed under car lighting last week and blew a fuse in my Smart roadster, battery wasn't the best either.

How can I have gadgets installed, powered by the battery, but safe from blowing any fuses?

By the way, the car is very low on the road, so need external lighting, it's also got plenty inside, as I use it for my business, that's why I have to have gadgets inside it, so just not having them is not an option.

Thanks in advance.

Don't install more gadgets on a single circuit than the fuse can handle.

If necessary run a line from the battery with it's own inline fuse, OR run a heavy fused power wire and install a second fuse block for your gadgets.

Then you only have to worry if your alternator puts out enough power to keep your battery charged.

Run your gadgets from the cigarette lighter fuse..

Honda makes some great little power plants that could run all your gadgets.  Some are a little bigger than a 6-pack.
