is hydrogen peroxide bad for cleaning your septum piercing?

i just got a septum piercing last night (it’s 4am) and i cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide bc i don’t have anything else at the moment (i’m planning on getting seasalt today) but i woke up with it hurting and bleeding again.. it’s not throbbing though and i’m wondering if there’s anything else i should do for the time being just so it doesn’t hurt as much?

It's a terrible idea, way to harsh - but you've done it now.

You don't need sea salt, just the normal stuff in warm water. Don't keep bathing it though, just keep it clean and let it heal by itself.
