What happens when I have job but no address will I get fired?

    There is no LEGAL requirement to have a fixed address. If you employer has a problem with not having an address, that is also legal.

    Do you want to get paid and get your tax refund?  Provide one.  Problem solved.

    You will probably be required to have a mailing address to be hired. If you had an address when you were hired then later became homeless it is not likely your employer would know that. In that case you could probably continue your employment but obviously not be able to receive anything mailed to you (like a W2). You could presumably work around that, at least for a while...?
