I have received two emails from Yahoo with a verification code.  The sign in attempts are from Pakistan and Vietnam. What does this mean?

Those are attempts of people attempting to get into your Yahoo Mail account. Be sure your password is very strong and not easily guessable. Also, you can take advantage of using their Account Key or two-factor authentication. These security tools will ensure you're the real owner of the account when signing in and to keep unauthorized parties from accessing it. Only your mobile phone will be the key to keeping your account fully secured.

This is how to recognize and secure a hacked account: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN3516.html

That is a phishing scam. Ignore and delete it. This is how to identify legitimate Yahoo websites, requests, and communications: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2091.html

    Scams, delete without replying.

Attempts, even if true, means  being unsuccessful!

Liberals in the USA are paying people in other countries to hack into accounts.  Once they have your identity, the liberals will send racist and anti-American messages under your name to all your contacts.  Be very careful with your internet security right now.
