This depends 100% on the hiring policies of the prospective employers.

Sure. I work as an IT professional and have for a very long time. Not once has a prospective employer asked me if I had a mental health worker license revoked. The closest to that is I do work in the health care sector and since we accept Medicare/Medicaid I could not be hired if I lost a professional license related to  prescriptions, sales and transfers of medications or for fraudulent billing. Neither have been an issue for me.

Jobs in other field probably won't be checking her license status.
