    Congressional subpoena.

    Were there recordings?

Nunes isn't subject to the Presidential Records Act.  If there were recordings, Nunes or Solomon made them on their own.  If they were leaked, the leak came from Nunes or Solomon.

(I don't think that there were actual recordings.  Call logs, maintained in Nunes' office, would have been subject to FOIA requests, from anybody.)

If he had subpoenas then it will be interesting to know what was the probable cause justification for the subpoenas. There must be reason to believe a crime has been committed (or will be committed) to get a subpoena. Obtaining a subpoena under false pretenses is a crime.

Again, Democrat ALWAYS can be above the law.  Every time they are sinking with all of this hearsay, and NO proof.

So, are the call logs hearsay or over reach? Make up your mind.

He did not get recordings and he had a subpoena.

I am sorry the facts do not support your lies.

WT Door, since the call logs are subject to freedom of information act requests as well, there is not a lot of justification needed to obtain a subpoena for those records. Congress uses subpoenas and not FOIA requests to obtain evidence.
