Neither.  The Sony A7R Mark IV is a mirrorless camera.  All DSLRs have mirrors that reflect the light coming from the lens up into a pentaprism and through an optical viewfinder (OVF).  Mirrorless cameras don't do this.  Instead, the light goes directly onto the sensor and is shown on an electronic viewfinder (EVF).

The Sony A7R Mark IV isn't a point-and-shoot camera because it provides the user with the ability to fully adjust the exposure, focusing and change lenses.  P&S cameras can sometimes provide "some" exposure control and maybe even some focusing control, too.  But the range of aperture & shutter speeds are much more narrower than what you'd get from a DSLR or any mirrorless camera.   With that said, a mirrorless or and DSLR can be set to fully auto and used just like a point and shoot.

    Neither.

The a7r is a mirrorless camera. It's like a dSLR minus the reflex mirror (so no optical viewfinder, the defining feature of a dSLR) in a (usually but not in this case) point-and-shoot camera size-like body with dSLR-like control and dSLR-like interchangeable lens system.

Neither, it's a mirrorless/EVIL camera.  It takes interchangeable lenses (IL), but has an electronic viewfinder (EV) rather than the optical type of a DSLR.

It does have a full-frame sensor (24x36mm, the same as a 35mm negative), like top-end DSLRs, and similar controls and features, but whether such cameras are, "Better," than DSLRs is one of the most debated topics in modern photography.  Look up the differences between DSLRs and Mirrorless cameras, and make your own decision.

neither.  your camera choices are too limited.  point and shoot implies a camera with no user adjustments.  a DSLR or SLR is a reflex camera, which means it has a mirror in the light path.  This Sony model has no mirror but offers full user adjustment, including selection of lens. so it fits neither category.
