Are red meat, whole eggs, whole milk, and butter the 4 best sources of natural saturated fats for increasing testosterone levels?

They are good sources of many important nutrients including saturated fat. Deficiency in saturated could lower testosterone. But so could deficiencies in many other nutrients including D3, zinc and carbohydrates. Consuming excessive amounts of fat at the expense of other nutrients will not help.
