Blood Pressure change question.?

I usually have high blood pressure, like 150/90 but I recently started doing lifestyle changes recently and got my blood pressure to be about 135/80. However, I am starting to feel a bit light-headed. Could this reduction of my normal BP cause my light-headedness? I use to have this feeling when I started my medication, lisiniopril though it normalized.

Your light headed feeling is more likely due to insufficient protein in your diet. Your bp does not appear to be your problem. You might strive to get that 135 lowered a bit . That number is right on the high edge in my bp monitor. My bp is usually about 108/60 and I don't exercise.
