Isn’t it great that America is a very diverse melting pot like Martin Luther King Jr. wanted it to be?

Doesn’t matter if you’re muslim, Asian, latino, we are the most diverse country on earth and we should keep it that way!

What does Martin King have to do with something that happened decades before he was even conceived?

MLKJr wanted the country to be the way that it already was (in that respect)?

If not born naturally in the US, all should have a pathway to citizenship after entering our borders legally. And citizenship should surely prepare them for pledging allegiance to their new country, and learning the English language of the country they have chosen to live in. As it stands, most of the foreign nationals, chose to bring their old customs into their enclaves, and live their old lives in a new land.

And we all share the same values as freedom loving Americans, Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness

  • No, not at all. There is no reason at all for people of different cultures and religions to be living in the same "society" together. It only leads to a war of all against all, as each group seeks to impose its preferences on everybody else.

Diversity is not a strength. It is a weakness.

Besides, nobody is turning Japan into a place where the Japanese are a minority and then talking about how great it is. This is only being done to white countries.

That's why I've always loved NYC.   a great melting pot and we all get along just fine. Colorful festivals and parades for *everyone*-

  • One of the few things the US has going for it.
