Follow this guide to create a child theme for your current theme:

    https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-to...

Then add CSS rules for the links in the child theme's style.css file.

(If you don't create a child theme and an update for your theme gets published, the update will most likely overwrite the style.css file so your changes are all gone. To prevent that, you put minor changes in a child theme).

Note that all this requires FTP access, so if you're on a free wordpress.com account, you're out of luck.

For most themes, the file to check is style.css. Look for entries such as a:link. here are samples of the different options:

    a:link {color:#CCCCCC;} /* unvisited link */

    a:visited {color:#404040;} /* visited link */

    a:hover {color:#FFFFFF;} /* mouse over link */

There's a folder you can edit to make any css changes you want. you gotta make a copy of all the html and css, then edit that. I forget the folder sorry.
