if the intensity of sound at a point is 11.3 W/m^2, what is the sound level there?

It would have helped if you wrote down some equations, that way we wouldn't need to search for them, just a thought. I thin this one is correct:
β(dB)=10log₁₀(I/I₀), where I₀=10^−12W/m2 is a reference intensity
β(dB)=10log₁₀(11.3/10^−12) = 130.5308
3 Sigfigs: 131 db

SI = 10 LOG (1.13*10^13 ) = 130.5 dB
