Which is correct? 1. Do what you believe right. 2. Do what you believe is right.?

    Both are, depending upon context. One might also use: Do what is right as you believe (it).

    The second is better. You actually have three clauses, with 3 subjects and verb.

    (You) do

    what is

    you believe

    So you need the "is".

    you may say either, and also "do what you believe to be right" and "do what you believe as right".
