Will my amaryllis flower? Or just grow leaves? ?

There’s a lot of foliage but I don’t see a flower stalk yet

That middle one won't flower this year. The flower usually appears at the same time or just after the leaves start to emerge, and always long before the leaves get that long.

Keep it fed and watered and it should flower next year, though. Their performance each year is based on how well you looked after them the year before, as they always flower on food and water reserves in the bulb itself, which are built up the previous year. The bigger the bulb, the more likely it is to flower and the more impressively it should flower.

If it is a new, big bulb, it will flower. The spike can grow so fast that you can actually see it grow.

Be patient.  The flower takes much longer to develop and come out than leaves.
