If found eating a human corpse, could you be charged with murder?

Let's say that hypothetically you discover a dead human corpse on the ground behind the usual nightclub.

You have a growing desire to quench your hunger and the corpse is the most readily available food item available. If you get caught upon eating the corpse, what could you be charged with? I assume you will not be charged for murder as they would lack evidence?

Thank you have a nice day.

You could eat all the evidence and all that would be left is your saliva on the body. A jury would probably convict you of murder. You could take the stand and say you were just eating the meat because you were hungry, then the judge would throw you into a mental institution. You should try not to get caught eating a body.

If it was ascertained that the person was already dead when you started eating them it wouldn't ever be a question of murder. In most places cannibalism is a crime in its own right.
