I only have a bowel movement once or twice a week, but I feel fine?
I only have a bowel movement once or twice a week, I never feel bloated or "backed up" and it doesn't seem to affect my health.
Should I go to a doctor about this? Or should I just assume my body likes not going every day like others lol
Edit: I eat alot of fiber: bananas, oranges, potatoes, bread, nuts, etc
