How much money per month would a general practitioner make (practicing medicine for 20+ years)? ?

    Medical incomes are complicated so there are only estimates. They depend on your billables (money received from insurances etc), number and mix of patients seen, any teaching duties, minus office expenses, staff salaries, malpractice, medical education, licenses etc and if you are self employed, you fund your own retirement, health insurance, disability etc.
