How do we know the future will be like the past?

It’s seems to me quite certain that the sun will rise tomorrow, but how can I be sure?

If you say laws of nature: how do we know that the same laws of nature will be there tomorrow?

They are laws of nature because they are constant.

Experience alone tells you the Sun will rise tomorrow. There has never been a day in your entire life when it didn't rise. There is no record in history of a day when the Sun didn't rise. As we know our planet rotates we know we will have sunrises and sunsets until the Earth is destroyed as the Sun dies.
