If Trump has a problem with NATO, he could simply pull US troops out of Europe. That would really f^ck the USA. The USA have never won a war without allies.

Yes, but the Europeans are working on security that doesn't depend on flaky US participation, although this outrages Trump.
News - Macron, the grown-up in the room, asks Trump to "be serious" but he indulges in fantasy. He's having trouble at home, but for now, the French President is leader of the free world. Trump has abdicated.

In a testy exchange on the sidelines of the NATO summit in London Tuesday, President Trump clashed with French President Emmanuel Macron about Macron’s criticism of the 70-year-old Western alliance — and over what to do with 2,000 foreign Islamic State fighters being held in Syria.Asked by a reporter whether Macron had committed to allowing the captured French ISIS fighters to return to his country, Trump said he hadn’t asked.“Would you like some nice ISIS fighters?” Trump said, turning to Macron. “I could give them to you. You could take every one you want.”Macron did not appear to be amused.“Let’s be serious,” Macron replied. “A very large number of fighters you have on the ground — ISIS fighters coming from Syria, Iraq and the region. It is true you have foreign fighters coming from Europe, but this is a tiny minority of the overall problem we have.“And I think the No. 1 priority, because it’s not yet finished, is to get rid of ISIS,” Macron continued. “It’s not yet done. I’m sorry to say that. You still have fighters in Syria and Iraq, and more and more.”Trump has claimed repeatedly that U.S. forces defeated “100 percent” of the ISIS caliphate, and used it to justify the withdrawal of U.S. troops in Syria at the border with Turkey in October.

His comments certainly do not strengthen the NATO alliance. In that respect, he does benefit Russia.

How can Macron complain about the collective defense of NATO when all members are not paying their fair share? LOL Trump is not going to pony up like other presidents did in the absence of a shared commitment. LOL

No.
Perhaps it is TIME for the U.S. to remove troops and cutoff aid to NATO countries and allow them to raise their own military.
As an example besides aid to Germany, how many billions of dollars do U.S. Troops spend in Germany for, rent, food and entertainment?
In 2014 NATO member agreed to pay 2.00%, as of a 10-24-2019 report only 4 members are attaining that goal. France is at 1.8%. Once again Jimmy you got your facts wrong. LOL
