Fluent speakers of English, could you help me with my English?

I need to translate a historical text but I'm not sure it sounds natural for English speakers as I'm not a native speaker. Do I need to make any corrections? I would appreciate any answers.

The manor estate was bequeathed to Sarah Nowak in the 15th century. After her death, the income generated by the estate was to be used to establish an orphanage under the auspices of the parish school of Lodze town accommodating 12 orphans, and a maintenance support of 600 silver coins was allocated to each of them every year.

Sounds pretty good. I don't think a comma is needed after the word orphans. I may be mistaken.
