you had to pay them?

If you have evidence of Yahoo! claiming this, and proof that your problem is not fixed, you can sue Yahoo! for a lot of money. If you do not have evidence, however, there is nothing you can do.

That was a scam,

you deserve the consequences.

Sounds like you got scammed. What type of issue were you having and what were they going to do for the 200 bucks? How did you pay? Did you check with your bank to ensure it was Yahoo that you paid?

Whoever you paid, it wasn't Yahoo!. You got taken.

Yahoo doesn't ever ask for money. You got scammed. You aren't getting the money back. Do not give money to anyone online

Contact your credit card company and protest the charge. I'm sure they are scammers.
