Does the logic that Clinton was investigated and found innocent apply to internal investigations for police too?

Clearly they investigated themselves and found themselves innocent.

A white former police officer in Pennsylvania was acquitted on Friday for fatally shooting Antwon Rose II, an unarmed black teenager. Rose, 17, was shot in the back by then-East Pittsburgh Police Officer Michael Rosfeld while fleeing from a traffic stop last June.

A police officer being acquitted means there was a trial, and a jury acquitted him. That isn't the police investigating themselves.

Neither is various entities investigating Clinton, which was done, and nothing found.

There are ways to challenge a police investigation, but the President Clinton impeachment and acquittal was a done deal. To push onward from the police investigation, you would have to appeal to a court and find grounds such as impropriety of some kind in the investigation.

The police are allowed to act with impunity in this country.

  • Again, the Legal System doesn’t “prove innocence”. It didn’t in Hillarys case, and it didn’t in Trumps case. Never in American History has someone been “found innocent” in a court. Only Guilty OR Not Guilty. (Ignoring the fact that neither have been officially charged)

Tho for Hillary, Comey felt the old hag was too gawd damn ignorant to know she was ruining the lives of others. And recommended that she not be charged for her crimes.
