When you go to PetsMart it asks you upon purchase if you want to make a donation. What animal charities are they giving our money to?

Usually ASPCA or registered sanctuaries, they need all the help they can get.

I already donate to ASPCA and batworld, so I decline.

Look on their website. It's probably only a tiny portion of what you stupidly give them. If you want to donate do it on your own so it's tax deductible. When you give them money THEY are getting the tax deduction with YOUR money!

Ask them, or go to their web site.

All charities give so little money to the actual cause that it's impractical to donate. Its less than 1% most of the time. The funny thing is that they can claim whatever percentage they use and it doesn't have to be true. Theres no law or any way to force them to release the amounts they collect either.
